«The technical regulation on safety of low-voltage equipment» can be cancelled because of the legislation decision.

The explanatory note confirms the inexpediency of the new technical regulation.

The reason is in the fact that «The technical regulation on safety of low-voltage equipment» should come into value on December 31st, 2010.

Meanwhile, the committee of Custom Union has already confirmed the plan of acceptance of the same regulation of Custom Union on March, 2011. Market participants therefore may bear unreasoned charges.

The legislative draft is under the consideration of Parliament members.
