Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance Rejected over 60 Tons of Bread

Last year, 14,576 thousand lots of bakery products, or 64 tons, have been rejected for sale because of violations of the process, inconsistencies in sanitary requirements, and violations of production workers' check-up terms, said Gennady Onishchenko, the head of the Federal Service on Customers' Rights Protection and Human Well-Being Surveillance.

2.8% of bakery products did not meet sanitary-chemical requirements, while 4.6% failed to meet microbiological requirements.
