Our company is pleased to present a project concerned with quality management systems (QMS) and its certification in accordance with All-Union State Standard ISO 9001:2008.
A quality management system allows to improve the quality of products and organization processes, as well as to reduce the production costs and improve the rate of customers’ satisfaction.
The period of the project’s realisation and QMS introduction in your company followed by certification will take from 4 to 9 months. The final term depends on the level of correspondence of the existing system with the All-Union State Standard requirements, as well as on the personnel’s competence in the sphere of quality management.

Approaches to ISO program realisation
• QMS is documented and introduced by the instructed personnel of the Client (the documentation is developed, with a consultant’s assistance, by the personnel responsible for the performance of the work);
• Permanent support on the part of the Client’s management, complete understanding of the QMS introduction procedure, participation in training and QMS introduction;
• Work in a team with the Client’s and the Executor’s representatives;
• Documentation development in compliance with the plan, and its instant introduction;
• At all the stages aims and objects are determined, plans and accounts are adjusted, control and support of the Client’s top management are provided;
• The Client provides all the necessary conditions for the Executor’s performance of the consulting services, including supplying the necessary documentation, source data and information, providing a room for lectures, as well as facilities for making photo copies of the documents for distribution, etc.
